Meet Kellie

MBACP Accredited Counsellor & Clinical  Supervisor

I’m an accredited integrative therapist (MBACP) with over 11 years’ experience supporting adults through trauma, loss, depression, anxiety, and the complexities of neurodiversity. My work is grounded in a calm, steady presence and a belief that people grow best when they feel genuinely supported, understood, and cared for. I offer online therapy and clinical supervision, creating spaces where both clients and therapists can feel safe enough to explore, reflect, and move forward.

My therapeutic approach blends Person‑Centred Therapy with CBT‑informed tools, allowing me to respond flexibly to each person’s needs. Many of the people I work with are carrying the impact of trauma, grief, chronic stress, or long‑term emotional overwhelm. Others are navigating depression, anxiety, or the challenges that come with being neurodivergent in a world that often misunderstands them. I work gently and collaboratively, helping you make sense of your experiences, reconnect with your strengths, and build practical strategies that support day‑to‑day life.

I have a particular passion for working with neurodiversity. I offer a space where ADHD, autism, sensory differences, and emotional regulation needs are understood and respected. My focus is on helping you understand how your mind works, what supports you, and how to navigate life in a way that feels more aligned and manageable.

Alongside therapy, I am a clinical supervisor for therapists at all stages of their professional journey. I believe deeply in human growth through support, care, and genuine connection. Supervision with me is grounded, relational, and collaborative. I see supervisees as equals, and I work to create a space where they can reflect honestly, feel encouraged, and develop confidence in their clinical identity. I offer gentle challenge where needed, always with the intention of helping therapists grow, strengthen their practice, and feel more secure in the work they do.

I pay close attention to each supervisee’s unique style, strengths, and vulnerabilities. Understanding their world — their triggers, pressures, and personal patterns — allows me to support them in a way that feels meaningful and tailored. I also encourage ongoing development through reflective practice, training, and resources that help therapists deepen their understanding of themselves and their clients.

Working online allows both therapy and supervision to be accessible, flexible, and grounded in comfort. Many people find that online work helps them open up more easily, feel safer, and build a strong therapeutic or supervisory relationship from their own familiar environment.

Clients and supervisees often describe me as warm, grounded, and easy to talk to. I’m not a distant or silent practitioner — I’m engaged, thoughtful, and present. My aim is always to support growth, clarity, and emotional steadiness, whether you’re seeking therapy for yourself or supervision for your professional practice.

If you’re looking for a therapist or supervisor who is experienced, steady, and genuinely invested in your wellbeing and development, I’d be glad to work with you.

Hands Offering Support

On-line therapy has become the easiest and more effective ways to access support. Working from home helps people feel calmer, more relaxed, and more open, there is no travel, no rushing, and no pressure.

The connection online is just as strong as in person. Once the session begins, it feels natural, focused, and personal. Many clients actually prefer it because it fits around real life and makes it easier to stay consistent

Research shows online therapy is just as effective as face to face work for anxiety, trauma, stress and emotional wellbeing, its flexible, private, and accessible, a modern way to receive the support that truly works.
